Getting started with Riverside Pet Services is simple! We’ve created a streamlined process to ensure the best care for your pets and peace of mind for you.

Step 1: Create Your Client Account

All new clients begin by creating an account through Time To Pet, our secure pet care management system.

Once your account is set up, you’ll:
    •    Enter detailed information about your pets
    •    Add care instructions, routines, and preferences
    •    Upload veterinary and emergency contact information
    •    Let us know what services you are interested in.

This helps us provide safe, personalized care from day one.

Step 2: We Assign the Perfect Sitter

After your account is created and your service request is submitted, we’ll match you with one of our trained, reliable pet sitters based on:
    •    Your pet’s needs and personality
    •    The type of care requested
    •    Availability and scheduling

Our sitters are background-checked and trained to provide professional, compassionate care.

Step 3: Meet & Greet (Required for All New Clients)

Before services begin, we require a Meet & Greet for all new clients.
    •    Fee: $25
    •    Length: Approximately 20–30 minutes
    •    Location: In your home

During the Meet & Greet, you’ll:
    •    Meet your assigned sitter
    •    Walk through your pet’s routine and care needs
    •    Review feeding, walking, and medication instructions
    •    Share home access details
    •    Ask questions and ensure everyone feels comfortable

This visit allows us to build trust, ensure safety, and provide the highest level of care possible. Because your pet’s well-being is our top priority, the Meet & Greet is required prior to starting services.
