Riverside Pet Services provides in-home pet care to cater for our clients’ needs, be it travel, long work hours, late meetings or when they’re working from home but don’t have enough time to walk their pets. We offer customisable visit durations and can care for a range of animals including cats, dogs, rabbits, birds, frogs, guinea pigs and gerbils. Additionally, we provide services such as mail collection, trash disposal, package handling and ensuring property security. Our Concierge services also offer premium options to complement our clients’ pet and house care routines.

That’s a great question! I have a passion for animals and enjoy spending time with them. After 8 years of homeschooling and 18 years as a stay at home mom, the time had come for me to enter the workforce. I saw a need in my  community for reliable and trustworthy pet care services. First, we have no judgment for pet parents who have used boarding facilities! However, boarding an animal can be stressful for a variety of reasons. For one, pets can experience separation anxiety when they are away from their owners and in an unfamiliar environment. This anxiety can manifest itself in a variety of ways, such as destructive behavior, excessive barking or meowing, or even refusal to eat or drink. At the end of the day boarding facilities- even sitters’ homes, are unfamiliar. We believe pets are most comfortable in their own homes. So, we come to their space! This creates the safest, most pleasant experience for all!
